SeaGrape Debut Wine Tasting on East Hampton Beach
EAST HAMPTON, NY, June 10, 2018 – On Saturday, June 16, a local Hamptons wine store, Hamptons Wine Shoppe, will be hosting a wine tasting of SeaGrape wine on East Hampton Beach from 12 noon until 5 PM. Hamptons Wine Shoppe is the first wine shop in the area to sell SeaGrape wine.
“We have had SeaGrape in our shop for a few weeks now, and it’s selling really well!” said assistant store manager Alyssa Romero. “We want to give even more people an opportunity to sample SeaGrape wine before they decide to purchase it, so the idea of a wine tasting on the beach seemed like a real winner.”
At the tasting, Hamptons Wine Shoppe will also be selling all of SeaGrape’s current wines, which include Moscato, Rosé, Pinot Grigio, Merlot, and Sparkling Wine. “If people enjoy the wines as much as we do, we want to make it easy for customers to take home their own bottle that day,” said Romero. “We encourage them to check out our website before the event for details on each of the wines and their prices.”
Hamptons Wine Shoppe is a local wine shop in Westhampton Beach, New York. They have primarily been serving residents of Suffolk County on Long Island since 2006 and they offer a selection of over 1,200 wines.
SeaGrape is a new wine brand which originated in Napa Valley, California and launched in February 2017.
New California Wine Sold at Local Wine Shoppe

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY, Apr. 8, 2018 – Hamptons Wine Shoppe received a shipment yesterday of a new wine brand by the name SeaGrape to its location in Westhampton Beach. This is the first wine to be sold at Hamptons Wine Shoppe that is not a locally made wine.
“We’re thrilled for this new addition to be entering our shop,” said store owner Richard Montillio. “With this new wine being sold at our store, we are hopeful to expand our selection and sell more wines from other amazing wineries from around the country.”
SeaGrape originally launched in the February of 2017 and is a product of Napa Valley, California. SeaGrape currently offers five different types of wine, including moscato, rosé, pinot grigio, merlot, and sparkling wine. All five of these wines are being sold at Hamptons Wine Shoppe.
Hamptons Wine Shoppe will also be offering free samples of all five SeaGrape wines from April 8 until April 22. “We want our customers to fall in love with SeaGrape the same way that we did,” said Montillio. “As most people as usually skeptical about committing to a new wine when they’ve been set on a few of the same favorites for years, we want them to try a taste of SeaGrape in order for them to become more motivated to purchase a bottle.”
